Open Enroll. You’ll need your member number from the top of your monthly statement. Need help? Call 503.228.7077 or 800.527.3932 (Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.–3 p.m.).
I forgot my Login ID
For security, visit a branch or call Member Services. If you know your Login ID and want to change it, use Settings → Security Preferences inside Digital Banking after you log in.
I’m locked out after failed attempts
Lockouts typically occur after five failed attempts. Call 800.527.3932 or use Forgot password guidance on this site.
Is “On Point Community Credit” the same institution?
Yes—spelling variations like “on point community credit” still refer to OnPoint Community Credit Union (NCUA charter #62745).
Is OnPoint a bank?
